What should your dancer wear to classes?
Ballet Attire:
Females should have a black leotard, black skirt, tan tights, and a ballet bun for class as well as split sole pink ballet shoes. Males should wear black shorts, white shirt tucked, hair out of the face and black split sole ballet shoes.
Jazz Attire:
Females should have a black leotard, tan tights,shorts/skirt/leggings welcome, hair must be pulled back securely (bun is welcome but not required) for class. JAZZ SHOES: **Young beginner students in Sapphire Jazz, or Opal/Emerald Jazz will just use ballet shoes for jazz class. **Older Intermediate students in Pearl and Topaz Jazz classes will need black jazz shoes. Males should wear black shorts, white shirt tucked, hair out of the face and black jazz shoes.
Tap Attire:
Students should have comfy work out clothes, shorts/skirt/leggings welcome, (leotard, tights and skirt are welcome but not required for this class), hair must be pulled back securely (bun is welcome but not required) for class, and black tap shoes.
**We have some used tap shoes in our collection that we will happily pass on to a student in need of new ones. Please consider donating your child’s used shoes when they outgrow them to our collection!
